PRESIDENT & CEO
Rama founded XT Global Technologies in 1998 as Premier Consultancy Services to provide IT Consulting, Software Solutions and Engineering Services to business and public sector organizations throughout the United States. He has managed the firm from inception through multifold growth into one of the fastest growing private companies in America.
Rama founded XT Global Technologies India (Pvt) Ltd. in 2006 to establish an IT Engineering Center based in Hyderabad, India. Prior to this, Rama worked in engineering for Alcatel & Cingular Wireless (currently AT&T). Rama is also a co-founder of Mullapudi Ventures, LLC a real estate investment company based in Dallas and he is also Co-Founder and Director of Xenofive Constructions and Projects (Pvt) Ltd. a real estate investing and development company in Hyderabad, India. Rama holds a Bachelors degree in statistics and a Masters in computer applications. He also holds an active Real-estate license in Texas.
WALTER FOSS
DIRECTOR & SALES ADVISER
Walter has over 22 years of sales management experience with companies such as Cisco Systems, Motorola, Monterey Networks, Aruba Networks. He has served on several boards and is currently an active member of the XT Global and UpSpring Boards. Walter provides XT Global with expertise in business development, finance, international sales and marketing. He holds a BS in General Business from Boston College and attended the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University in 1997.
SIM BATLANKI
DIRECTOR
With over two decades of experience at companies such as Wipro, Deutsche Bank Software, National Strategic Resources, Virtual Solutions and Xpedior, Sim drives the evolution of our service offerings. His unique expertise enables him to provide great value to both XT Global and its customers. Previously, Sim founded Reliance IT, Data Alignment Group, Mango Networks and anyIO, successful IT services and consulting companies. He holds a Masters degree in computer science and has studied operations research and statistics at the graduate level. Sim is also a graduate of Stagen Integral Leadership Institute and active member.
VP, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Ganga is responsible for architecting and delivering the technology framework that enables XT Global products. To this, he brings more than two decades of experience in information technology. He has an extensive background in leading the development and deployment of application systems such as operations support systems, workflow management systems and inventory reconciliation systems. Prior to joining XT Global, Ganga was involved in delivering solutions for major corporations including Verizon, AT&T, PageNet and Maritz Teleservices (Convergys). He holds a Masters degree in computer science.
SHERMAN G. WYMAN, CPA
DIRECTOR & FINANCIAL ADVISER
As Chief Financial Officer for Inland American Communities Group, Mr. Wyman manages the accounting department, treasury, IT and office services of the firm. His responsibilities include tax and entity planning and financial reporting oversight. Inland American Communities Group has over $1 billion in assets under development and is a subsidiary of Inland American REIT.
Mr. Wyman is also an Executive Vice President of The Utley Group/Utley Family Office and serves on the Board of XT Global. He also serves on the Boards of The Utley Group, Periscope Holdings and UpSpring.
Prior to this Mr. Wyman was a Partner at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP (initially Kinder & Wyman, PC) and was employed at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Wyman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Securities license as well as a Texas Insurance license. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from UT Arlington and is active in numerous civic organizations.
DIANE GASPARRO
DIRECTOR – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Diane Gasparro has over 30 years of proven sales and sales management experience. Her expertise in solution selling has brought her success consistently throughout her career. She was awarded “Sales Rep of the Year” in both the Kansas City and Denver markets and she achieved the elite status of the Million Dollar Club’s top 1% of the sales force while working at Pitney Bowes.
During her career in sales management, she effectively motivated her team to win attendance to the National Sales Convention as a representative of the top 10% of the company’s sales management.
Diane has worked as a sales consultant for over a half dozen start up organizations and joined XT Global via anyIO in August of 2006. She is responsible for securing our contracted relationships with multiple fortune 500 accounts. Diane is a Suma Cum Lade Graduate of Missouri State University.
